In the city’s Korangi Ziauddin area, 1 person succumbed to his wounds as a result of firing. The person was fired upon by unidentified assailants. Whereas in Lyari’s Memon Goth area, one person was injured due to a separate firing incident.

Law enforcement agencies acted upon intelligence and arrested 4 people in Lyari’s Slaughterhouse area. The arrested four individuals have ties to the Shiraz Comrade group, which is involved in the Lyari gang-war.
