Preity Zinta: The actress’s transformation will surprise you

Preity Zinta is one of the popular faces of Bollywood who alongside her acting career ventured into the business world.

She was a complete tomboy growing up and was fond of literature and the works of Shakespeare before turning to the TV career.

An entrepreneur actress and activist, Preity has never been afraid to speak her mind. During the 2003 Bharat Shah controversy where some Bollywood celebs were dragged into it, Preity was the only witness not to retract her statements in court against the mafia. Her bravery did not go unnoticed and she was awarded the Godfrey Phillips National Bravery Award.

She was also awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Arts from the University of East London in 2010.

The actresses has undergone drastic transformation over the years and currently she seems to have put on some weight.
