MUMBAI: Late Bollywood actor-politician Vinod Khanna‘s son Akshay Khanna was recently snapped exiting a film studio in Mumbai…but his aging looks eclipse any other trait of the actor himself.

Akshaye Khanna was last seen in ‘Mom’ which featured Sridevi and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in pivotal roles.

Akshaye Khanna will next be seen in the thriller ‘Ittefaq’ starring Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha.

His pictures at his father’s funeral went viral on the internet, prompting rumours whether he could make another comeback to the Bollywood. But all those rumours were quashed when it was confirmed that Khanna was going to feature in a movie soon.

Khanna had undergone a hair transplant and was hardly seen with a near-bald appearance. But at his father’s funeral, he was almost a cynosure for the media who spotted him in a rare yet natural look after years.

Akshaye Khanna made his Bollywood debut in 1997 with ‘Himalay Putra’ and was also one of the cast members in the multi-starrer ‘Border’ which released the same year.

Akshaye Khanna’s 1999 film ‘Taal’ which was directed by Subhash Ghai and also starred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anil Kapoor in lead roles was a critical and commercial success. He is the younger brother of actor Rahul Khanna.

Akshaye Khanna’s ‘Ittefaq’ co-star Sidharth Malhotra was also snapped exiting Shankar Mahadevan’s studio.
