Additional District and Session Judge Kamran Mufti while announcing the court’s reserved verdict, rejected the plea of Musharraf seeking exemption from appearing in the court hearing.
The court issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Pervez Musharraf and ordered the police to produce the former president before the court in the next hearing on July 24.
The court said that the bails of Pervez Musharraf will be cancelled if he fails to appear before the court in the next hearing.
The judge adjourned the hearing of the case till July 24.
