According to Police, the suspect identified as Rizwan attacked his father Mohammad Iqbal and his two sisters Saira and Sumaira with a knife in Tallonadi village of Faisalabad district.
Iqbal and Sumaira were killed on the spot whereas Saira was rushed to Allied Hospital where she is said to be in critical condition.
Police arrested Rizwan shortly after he committed the crime and recovered the murder weapon. The culprit was shifted to a police station for inquiry.
The incident is being investigated by the authorities.
