QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal said the government was endeavouring to resolve issues of all areas without any inequity, ARY News reported Monday.
Speaking to media here, Kamal said “We believe equal development of all provincial areas.”
He stated that federal and provincial governments’ projects were underway in the province. He was of the view that projects under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) would benefit the most number of people.
“We are not just placing foundation stones, but involved in real pragmatic efforts,” he added. He said the prime minister would soon visit Gwadar and Quetta to review uplift projects.

Kamal said Prime Minister Imran Khan would soon inaugurate new projects, and also make important announcement regarding Western route projects.
Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtiar said Balochistan’s development was essential for country’s prosperity. He lamented that no new significant projected kicked off in the province in the last five years.
He reiterated that economic problems were inherited to the present government by the previous government.
Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan on March 15 said that restoration of durable peace in the province was the top priority of his government.
Addressing a passing out parade of the 9th basic training course of anti terrorism force in Quetta, CM Jam Kamal said, ‘Since assumption of power, the government is endeavoring for restoration of peace in the province and achievements of the government are visible to all.’
The chief minister also addressed faculty members and under-training officers of Command and Staff College in Quetta today. He apprised the participants of the course about steps taken by the current government for good governance in the province.
