Imran Khan exercising his powers as the party’s chairman dissolved the election tribunal probing into the transparency of the party elections.
The two-member party tribunal was headed by Justice (retd) Wajihuddin.
This is second time the PTI chief has dissolved the election tribunal of the party.
The tribunal had summoned Imran Khan twice during the party election inquiry but Khan failed to appear in the hearing.
ARY News has received a copy of the dissolution order issued by Imran Khan.
Earlier, the PTI election tribunal was dissolved on March 18, 2015.
