KARACHI: Governor Sindh Imran Ismail on Monday said that Islam is religion of peace and stressed upon the need to convey this message across the globe, ARY News reported.

“New Zealand prime minister has won the hearts of Pakistanis for her compassion after the mosque massacre”, these views he expressed while talking to journalists in Karachi after receiving dead body of Areeb Ahmed along with his family members.

Paying rich tributes to the New Zealand government, the governor hoped that courts will award death penalty to the brutal Australian right wing extremist, who martyred 50 worshipers in the Christchurch mosques.

He stressed upon the need of devising composite strategy to streamline non-registered and unlicensed weapons across the world.
