The bearish trend ruled the business activity in Karachi stock market as uncertainty prevails over political horizons in Pakistan after announcement of protest by the political opposition over alleged irregularities in general elections of the country held in May 2013.

Benchmark 100-Index fell over five per cent in the first two hours of the opening day of the week as the index dropped by over 1300 points.
