‘Last meal of life’: Food delivery guy saves life of customer

A food delivery guy is being hailed for saving a suicidal customer’s life in China’s Henan Province, a foreign news agency reported.

The report mentioned that received an order from a customer who wrote a note stating that it would be his last meal in life. The food delivery guy came to the customer’s home but no one answered the door.

He assumed that the customer was suicidal because of the note he received with the order. He informed the police about what was going on. Soon, the cops and fire department arrived at the scene.

The man threatened the police that he would jump from the window. The rescue teams managed to calm the man down and stopped him from taking his own life.

The police thanked the delivery guy for saving the man’s life by showing quick thinking.

The man reportedly took 60 sleeping tablets before the police came to the scene. They believed that he was going to act out of guilt.

“He felt frustrated and guilty to his parents for investment failure,” the police told the news outlet.”

A social media user commented that he was glad to see that the food delivery man understood that a desperate man wanted help for the last time.
