LAHORE: The geofencing record revealed that rioters were in contact with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership on May 9 in the Jinnah House attack, ARY News reported.
As per details, the geofencing record shows that 154 mobile numbers that were used in May 8 Zaman Park and May 9 Jinnah House attack were similar.
The geofencing record reveals that 225 callers were in contact with six PTI leaders. The PTI leaders Yasmin Rashid, Hammad Azhar, Mahmood ur Rasheed, Ejaz Chaudhary, Aslam Iqbal, and Murad Ras were in constant contact with the arsonists.
Former provincial health minister Yasmin Rashid received 41, Hammad Azhar called 10 times to the suspects, while Mahmood ur Rasheed, Ejaz Chaudhary, Aslam Iqbal, and Murad Ras received 75, 50, 16 and 23 calls respectively.

Earlier today, an alleged audio leak surfaced in which involvement of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) female leaders in the military’s General Headquarters (GHQ) attack has been ‘established’.
In the alleged audio PTI Women Wing leaders can be heard discussing the orders of PTI Women Wing leader and MNA Kanwal Shauzab about reaching GHQ on May 9, following the arrest of former prime minister and party chairman Imran Khan.
It’s worth mentioning that Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said that the government is mulling over a ban on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. It will be a joint decision,” he said. “If this decision is taken the matter will be brought to the parliament,” the federal minister added.
Protests
Violent clashes broke out across Pakistan after the former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan were arrested from the premises of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on May 9.
The protests were held in remote and major cities as the party workers are agitated due to their chairman’s arrest, with Balochistan, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad summoning the armed forces to ensure law and order.
Army installations and Corps Commander’s house in Lahore came under attack during a protest by PTI workers.
