The MQM leader is under probe in Dr Asim case related to corruption and terror financing.
During the hearing, DSP Altaf Hussain told the court that no evidence transpired against the MQM leader. He also submitted his report to the court.
Following his arguments, the court extended bail of Mr. Siddiqui.
The MQM leader is facing charges that criminals were provided treatment at Dr. Asim’s hospital on the former’s directions.
Besides, investigations against him are also underway in hate speeches case. The hearing was adjourned till January 2.
