Justice Kazim Ali heard the NA-122 case. The court was informed that a Returning Officer (R.O) has submitted Form No. 14 and 15, comprising of the ballot papers and election results, in the tribunal.
It should be noted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had claimed that Form No. 14 of 69 polling stations whereas Form No. 15 of 59 polling stations in the constituency were missing.
The missing forms have now been made a part of the case record by the election tribunal.
Justice Kazim Ali has given six days time for scrutiny of the forms and adjourned the hearing of the case till 24th January.
