KARACHI: Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Friday in an operation arrested nine terrorists of a banned outfit from North Karachi area.
SSP CTD Umer Shahid and Incharge CTD Raja Umer Khattab said that huge quantity of arms and ammunition also recovered from them.
“Those arrested including Ameer Al-Qaeda Subcontinent Karachi, Naib Ameer and Ameer Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Korangi, Karachi. They were hatching a terrorist plan during Muharram,” they said.
