KARACHI: A man was killed whereas 10 students were injured when a private university bus overturned near Norther Bypass in Karachi, ARY News reported.
Rescue sources said that the bus overturned when its driver tried to save a cyclist on the road.
The bus upturned while the driver anticipating a turn. A passenger lost his life in the incident while 10 students sustained injuries.
The injured students were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical attendance.
Pakistan has one of the world’s worst records for fatal traffic accidents, blamed on poor roads, badly maintained vehicles and reckless driving.
