India should allow fact-finding mission in Occupied Kashmir: FO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has called upon the international community to pressurise India to allow fact-finding mission in held-Kashmir to ascertain the human rights situation, Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria said on Wednesday.

In an interview with Radio Pakistan, Zakaria said that world community has been raising voice over worst human rights violations in the restive territory and its pressure on India has increased manifold.

He said that confession of Indian state sponsored agent Kulbhushan Yadav is a solid proof of Indian involvement in subversive activities in Pakistan.

The spokesman said that India is openly violating UN Charter and the international community is also observing the atrocities being perpetrated by Indian troops in held-Kashmir.

He said that Indian forces have paralysed thousands of Kashmiris through use of pellet guns which has injured over six thousand people.

“India is accountable for its inhuman approach in Occupied Kashmir and international community has the responsibility to play its due role,” said the spokesman.
