Neelam was accused of leaking ‘objectionable’ pictures of a female police constable Gul Mina on WhatsApp.
Federal Investigation Agency had also arrested Neelam’s husband Syed Mohsin in the past, in connection to the same case.
The model-cum-actress had obtained pre-arrest bail from a local court in Peshawar, which was scrapped today [Monday] leading to Neelam’s arrest by the FIA under the Electronic Transaction Ordinance 2002.
She is the second woman from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who is arrested under the FIA Cyber Crime Act.
