DSP Sakrand, Anwar Durrani has said that the Police seized a suicide jacket from a van parked at a petrol pump at Sanghar Road.
He further said that the driver of the van has been taken into custody and the bomb disposal experts have defused the suicide jacket.
The incident is being further investigated.
