Sheeraz Zaka Advocate in a petition in LHC has argued that the fuel adjustment surcharge of previous months being added in current electricity bills, which is a violation of rules.
The petitioner argued that according to the rules of National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) that the fuel adjustment surcharge of previous months could not be added in current bills.
The petitioner has pleaded to the court to declare the surcharge as void.
