KARACHI: On second day of the business week, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) continued the bullish trend gained 331 points in the KSE-100 index with a positive change of 0.69 per cent, closed at 42,006.24 against 41,718.42 points on the previous day, ARY News reported on Tuesday.
According to the details, a total of 101,393,475 shares were traded during the day, whereas the price of shares stood at Rs 4.79 billion.
As many as 317 companies transacted their shares in the stock market; 176 of them recorded gains and 115 sustained losses, whereas the share price of 26 companies remained unchanged.

The three top-trading companies during the day were P.T.C.L. (PTC) with 15,602,500 shares at Rs 6.78per share, WorldCall Telecom Limited (WTL) with 14,050,017 shares at Rs 1.15 per share and Hum Network Limited (HUMNL) with 12,681,500 shares at Rs 5.7 per share.
