Farooq Ahmad Khan, who is the party’s nominated candidate from Union Council 136, tried to forcibly enter a building. He refused to listen to nearby police officers and continued with his rude behaviour.
Farooq misbehaved with a couple of women from Cantt bazaar, whereupon the public seized him and gave him a sound beating. Residents of the area claimed that Farooq Ahmad Khan aka Farooq Ranjhu used to misbehave with women on a regular basis, while being in a state of intoxication.
Before this as well, Farooq had once stopped his car at the city’s bazaar and started throwing fruits from a nearby cart.
