Chapli Kebab is a patty kebab, made from minced meat with various spices. It is also known as Peshawari Kebab as it originates from Peshawar.
Here is the recipe for Chapli Kebab:
Ingredients
1/2 kg beef/ mutton/ chicken minced meat
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp arched red chilli
1 tbsp zera powder
1/2 tsp all spice
2 tbsp chopped green coriander
5/ 6 green chillies
1 boiled and shredded egg
1 tsp dry coriander powder
2 fine chopped onions
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp gram flour
Tomato as required
Oil for frying.
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients
- Put this mixture for half an hour to rest
- Give patty shape to kebabs and fry them
- Keep flame of stove to normal
- Garnish it with tomato
