Ingredients
— Juice of three lemons
— 50g ginger, finely shredded
— Handful of fresh mint leaves
— One cup strawberries, cut in quarters
— 1¼ cup sugar
— Six cups of water
— Four cups of ice
Directions
- In a small pot, boil sugar, ginger and two cups of water for 10 minutes to make a ginger concentrate.
- Add lemon juice, ginger concentrate, fresh mint leaves, strawberry, 4 cups of water and ice into a blender. Mix until it turns into a smoothie consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
