The Information Minister while condemning the attack said that every citizen has the right to hold ceremonials to commemorate his loved ones.
“No one has the right to disrupt such ceremonies”, he added.
Rasheed also stressed on the need of taking effective measures to prevent such incidents in future.
Meanwhile, PMLN leader Rana Sanaullah vowed that the ones who attacked the ceremony will not be spared.
He said that attackers have been identified with the help of footage and police teams have been conducting raids for their arrest.
