According to details, the maintenance work will be completed by Tuesday and the water supply will be restored from Wednesday.
It should be noted that the rupturing of the pipeline had affected the water supply to several areas of the city including Gulshan-e-Iqbal, P.E.C.H.S. Society, Lyari, Jamshed Town, Lyari and Clifton.
According to Deputy Managing Director of KWSB Iftikhar Ahmed, the water supply is being provided to the affected areas through alternative means.
