According to jail sources, security has been stepped up in Central Jail Hyderabad since Monday midnight.
Additional contingents of police, rangers and FC personnel have been deployed at various points within the jail and outside areas.
Security men conducted a search operation in employees colony of the central jail. Security men searched houses and gathered information from the residents, sources said.
