The incident occurred on Lahore Road when the two vehicles had a collission, resulting deaths of seven people. The deceased belonged to Mandi Bahaud Din.
Rescue officials immediately arrived at the spot and helped shifting injured and the bodies to to District Headquarters Hospital Chiniot.
The van was heading to Jhang from Mandi Bahaud Din when it met a tragic fate. Those who were killed in the accident were reportedly going to the district to attend a funeral.
