Talking to media here on Sunday, Qaim Ali Shah suggested, “Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) to disown the criminals or to support the action against such elements.”
“Whoever will be involved in criminal activities, stern action will be taken against him,” he added. “No one is above the law.”
In response to a question, the chief minister said that all the political parties were taken into confidence prior to giving powers to the Rangers and everyone agreed upon this.
He said that peace has been restored in Karachi and the people now go to the seaside even at 2 o’clock at night.
Qaim Ali Shah said that kidnappings for ransom have also been finished in interior Sindh.
Moreover, he told that proceedings of the rally marking the death anniversary of PPP founder Zulfikar Ali Bhutto will start after 12 am.
