LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) against the Federal Investigation Authority (FIA), ARY News reported on Thursday.
As per details, the DG FIA and IG Punjab Police have been made respondents in the plea filed by Shahbaz Gill.
Shahbaz Gill’s counsel told the court that the PTI leader’s name was included in the exit control list (ECL) on October 17, 2022.
The former SAPM has not committed any illegal activity and the inclusion of his name in the exit control list is illegal.
He maintained that the LHC has allowed Shahbaz Gill to travel abroad but the DG FIA and IG Punjab Police are not abiding by the court orders.
