Deputy Speaker
Deputy speaker is one of the member of parliament elected by the citizen of the state. Deputy speaker is elected within the parliament on the same procedure as the speaker of the house is elected.
When the office of the speaker is vacant or speaker of the house is not present in the house due to any reason the deputy speaker has the right to hold the position and continue the house proceedings and sessions.
Meanwhile if the second speaker wants to resign and leave his responsibilities he can make that in writing and can submit to the speaker of the house. If any no-trust motion has been introduced within the house against the second in command speaker, then he/she Is not able to enter the house until any decision being made.
