Fakhar Imam

Syed Fakhar Imam, former Speaker of National Assembly of Pakistan born on 18th December 1942 in Lahore. After betting his initial education from Aitchison College Lahore Imam went to Bristol, College United Kingdom for higher education. After completion for higher studies he went to united states of America for graduation and graduated from university of California.

Fakhar Imam was married to Syeda Abida Hussain, She was also the minister in PML-N Tenure. The couple has two daughters and a son getting their higher education from Europe. Returning back home from united states back after his graduation, he served in central superior service of government later elected as the chairman of the district council. In 1985 Imam was elected as the 11th speaker of Pakistan.
