IHC

Islamabad High Court (IHC) is the level 2 court of Pakistan. High courts are usually formed in each capital of provinces. Islamabad High Court is playing out its essential elements of implementation of fundamental rights along with reasonable and only arbitration of public and private prosecution.

As being superior to city courts, order of city courts can be challenged in high Courts and orders of High courts can be challenged in the Supreme court of Pakistan. Islamabad high court is governed by the chief justice of high court.

Chief justice for the high courts are selected with the mutual consultation of the President of the state and the Chief Justice of the Supreme court of Pakistan. IHC is newly constructed high court in the province of Punjab and performing with positive progress after its establishment.
