Sexual Assault

Sexual assault is any involuntary sexual act in which a person is coerced or physically forced to engage against their will, or any non-consensual sexual touching of a person. It may include physical force, violence, Threats, Coercion, Intimidation, ignoring a person to be drunk or on drugs or taking advantage of a victim being drunk or on drugs and unable to consent.

It is also a form of sexual violence and it includes rape, child abuse or the torture of the person in a sexual manner. In legal terms it is a statutory offense in various jurisdictions, including the united states, Canada, England and Whales, Ireland and Scotland.

To overcome the Sexual Assault victims there is different punishment in the countries according to their laws some punishment leads towards life time imprisonment. These punishments are kept strict to reduce the ration of victims which has been achieved in many countries but there are still more efforts to be done.
