Wedding

A wedding is where two individuals are joined in a marriage, wedding, traditions and customs vary greatly between culture, ethics, groups, religion, countries and social classes. A number of culture have adopted western customs of white marriages.

Within the modern white wedding tradition, a white dress and veil are unusual choice for a woman second or subsequent marriage. The use of marriage rings has long been part of regions marriage in Europe and America, but the origin of the tradition is unclear.

The marriage ceremony is often followed by a reception in which the rituals may include speeches from the groom, best man, father of the bride and possibly by the bride herself.
