The notice read that Jehangir Tareen stands among noted and honest business figures of the country. It read that Shahbaz Sharif falsely accused him of tax evasion on the basis of a letter rejected by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
Tareen, by means of the legal notice, called on Sharif to publicly apologize him for assassinating his character or else be prepared to face litigation.
