LAHORE: Veteran TV actor Farooq Zameer passed away on Thursday after a protracted illness, ARY News reported.
The famous TV actor had been suffering from illness for six months. His funeral prayer will be held in Lahore.

Farooq Zameer has performed pivotal roles in scores of dramas including ‘Rani’, ’93 Shumali’ and ‘Gadarya’. He has also acted in a dozen of Pakistani films as well. Farooq was frequently seen on ARY. Farooq worked in Khandan-e-Shughlia, a hit drama serial aired on ARY Digital. His drama serial, Mukmala Aur Mahira, was also a major hit.
